Configuring the Log Off time-out setting

Last Updated : Oct 27, 2023 |
Prolog information
Use this procedure to configure the Workspaces Log Off time-out setting in System Manager.
The Workspaces Log Off time-out setting is the third timer (Timer 3) that you can configure for moving the agent to a Logged Off state and exiting Workspaces. If you configure this timer, the agent state changes from Not Ready to Logged Off when the agent exceeds the configured time. If the timeout value is configured to 0, the Workspaces Log Off time-out setting is disabled.
For more information on the timers and notifications, see Agent log off due to idle timeout, and Agent log off due to browser disconnect.
Important:
The agent state changes to Logged Off only if no active interactions are present.
