Assigning agents to groups

  1. Log on to the Control Manager interface as an administrator.
  2. On the Avaya Control Manager webpage, click Groups.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    Avaya Control Manager displays a list of available locations in the navigation pane.
  3. In the navigation pane, click the group that you created.
  4. Click the Entity Assignment tab.
  5. In the Available section, do the following:
    • To move one item: Select the item and click the arrow icon to move the selected item to the Selected section.
    • To move multiple items: Press the Ctrl key to select and click the arrow icon to move the multiple items to the Selected section.
  6. Click Save.
