Prolog information
Agents can now get logged off automatically when the browser disconnects or if the agent idle time exceeds the configured time period.
Before Release 3.8.3, Avaya Workspaces for Call Center Elite supported agents going to Not Ready mode with a pre-defined browser disconnect reason code. The Workspaces time-out in seconds (Timer 2) can be configured in Avaya Control Manager (ACM).
The following new attributes are added to the UnifiedAgentController service on System Manager in Release 3.8.3:
  • Workspaces Idle Time-Out Setting (Timer 1)
  • Workspaces Log Off Time-Out Setting (Timer 3)
  • Enable drop all interactions (after Workspaces Log Off timeout exceeded)
