Creating a user from an Avaya Control Manager profile

  1. Log on to the Avaya Control Manager interface with administrator credentials.
  2. On the Avaya Control Manager webpage, click Users.
  3. On the Users tab, click a team, and click Add.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    Control Manager displays the User Details page.
  4. In the Profile field, select the SIP user profile created.

  5. In the LDAP Username field, enter LDAP user name of the user.
  6. In the Domain Name field, enter the domain name.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    The user name is in the LDAP Username field and the Domain Name is in a separate field separated by the @ symbol.
  7. In the Available applications area, select Workspaces for Elite.
  8. Enter the appropriate information in all the mandatory fields.
  9. Click the Save icon.
