Before you begin
Ensure that the Avaya Workspaces for Call Center Elite clusters are in a running and accepting state.
  1. Log on to the Avaya Control Manager interface with administrator credentials.
  2. On the Avaya Control Manager webpage, click ConfigurationLocations.
  3. On the Location List page, select the location where you want to add the Avaya Workspaces for Call Center Elite server.
  4. Click Edit, or double-click the location.
  5. On the Location Edit page, select the Systems tab.
  6. Click the + sign.
  7. In the System Type field, select Workspaces for Elite.
    STEP RESULT:
    The System Name field populates the name of the newly created Avaya Workspaces for Call Center Elite server.
  8. Click Save.
  9. Click Confirm on the Warning message dialog box.
