Assigning the Avaya Workspaces for Call Center Elite location to Synchronizer Service Server

Use this procedure only if Avaya Control Manager services are segregated based on Avaya Control Manager locations.
Before you begin
Ensure that the Avaya Workspaces for Call Center Elite clusters are in a running and accepting state.
  1. On the Avaya Control Manager webpage, click ConfigurationServicesSynchronizer.
  2. On the Synchronize Services List page, perform the following steps:
    1. Select the Synchronizer Service Server to which you want to assign a location.
    2. Click Edit.
  3. On the Synchronize Service Edit page, perform the following steps:
    1. Select the Location tab.
    2. Move the required location from the Available locations list to the Selected locations list.
      ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
      Ensure that you move the location that contains the UCA server to the relevant Avaya Control Manager services.
    3. Click Save.
