The Authorization Service provides the user with a user token when a user logs in to Avaya Workspaces. This token has an expiry time. The minimum expiry time is 1 hour, and the maximum expiry time is 24 hours. When this token expires, an error toast notification is sent to Avaya Workspaces to notify the user that their token has expired. You can enable Avaya Workspaces to send another warning toast notification to the user to warn them that their token is expiring within a specified time interval. You can configure this time interval in the UnifiedAgentController svar attributes.
