Use this procedure to add groups to the locations created in Avaya Control Manager.
  1. Log on to the Control Manager interface as an administrator.
  2. On the Avaya Control Manager webpage, click Groups.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    Avaya Control Manager displays a list of available locations in the navigation pane.
  3. Select a location and click Add ACM Group.
  4. In the Group Details section, do the following:
    1. In the Name field, enter the name of the group.
    2. Optional: In the Description field, enter a description of the group.
    3. In the Systems field, select Agent Group.
    4. In the Entity Type field, select User.
  5. Click Save.
