Use this procedure to uninstall the older versions of all Breeze services from Avaya Workspaces for Call Center Elite clusters and assign latest versions of Breeze services to the cluster.
On the System Manager web console, click ElementsAvaya Breeze®Cluster Administration.
On the Cluster Administration page, select the check box for Elite Cluster.
Click Edit.
On the Cluster Editor page, click the Services tab.
In the Assigned Services list, click Uninstall for the older installed versions of the Authorization, CallEventControl, EventingConnector, PacketbeatService, and MetricbeatService services.
In the Available Services list, click the plus sign (+) on the latest versions of the Authorization, CallEventControl, EventingConnector, PacketbeatService, and MetricbeatService services.
