Enable drop all interactions

Last Updated : Oct 27, 2023 |
Prolog information
Use this procedure to enable the dropping of all interactions after the agent exceeds the configured time in the Workspaces Log Off time-out setting.
You must configure the Enable drop all interactions setting if you want all interactions to be dropped automatically when the time configured in the Workspaces Log Off Time-Out Setting exceeds. If you select true, all interactions will be dropped after the agent idle time exceeds the configured time in Timer 3. If you select false, interactions will not be dropped after the timeouts have expired.
For more information on the timers and notifications, see Agent log off due to idle timeout, and Agent log off due to browser disconnect.
