You can use Avaya Control Manager to associate a user group to a workspaces layout sub type. You can then add agents to the user group using the Entity Assignment tab.
Log on to the Avaya Control Manager interface as an administrator.
On the Avaya Control Manager webpage, click Groups.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Avaya Control Manager displays a list of available locations in the navigation pane.
Select a location and click Add ACM Group.
In the Entity Type field, select User.
In the Name field, enter the name of the ACM group. For example, type EliteDigitalGroup.
In the Description field, type a description for the group.
From the Systems list, select Workspaces for Elite/Workspaces Layout.
Click the Entity Assignment tab.
From the Available list, do one of the following:

To move one item, select the item and click the arrow icon to move the selected item to the Selected section.
To move multiple items, press the Ctrl key to select and click the arrow icon to move the multiple items to the Selected section.
