Configuring the Idle time-out setting

Last Updated : Oct 27, 2023 |
Prolog information
Use this procedure to configure the Workspaces Idle time-out setting in System Manager.
The Workspaces Idle time-out setting is the first timer (Timer 1) that you can configure for setting the Idle timeout of an agent. If you configure this timer, the agent state changes to Inactive or Idle when the agent exceeds the configured time. If the timeout value is configured to 0, the Workspaces Idle time-out setting is disabled.
For more information on the timers and notifications, see Agent log off due to idle timeout, and Agent log off due to browser disconnect.
