Creating a SIP template in Avaya Control Manager

  1. Log in to Avaya Control Manager.
  2. Navigate to Resources ManagerTemplatesSIP Templates.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    The application displays the SIP Templates List page.
  3. Click Add (+).
  4. In the General tab, do the following:
    1. In the Template Name field, add a name for the SIP template.
    2. In the Location Name field, enter the location name.
  5. In the Identity tab, do the following:
    1. In the Authentication Type field, select the required authentication type.
  6. In the Communication Profile tab, do the following:
    1. Click Communication Address , enter all the required field details.
    2. Click Session Manager Profile, enter all the required field details.
    3. Click the CM Endpoint Profile, in the Template field, and select the System Manager custom template that you created in Creating a System Manager custom template in Avaya Control Manager.
  7. Click the Save icon.
