Assigning groups to the Supervisor user

  1. Log on to the Avaya Control Manager interface with administrator credentials.
  2. On the Avaya Control Manager webpage, click Users.
  3. On the Users tab, click the Supervisor user.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    The system displays the User Details page.
  4. Click the ACM Groups tab.
  5. Select the groups that you want to assign to the Supervisor user.
  6. Click Save.
