The Start Work button in Avaya Workspaces enables the agents to start work for the day. To enable this feature, you must set the Enable Start Work Button in System Manager to true. To disable this feature and hide the Start Work button, set it to false.
Note:
This setting is configured for all agents at a global level, not for each agent.
In System Manager, click ElementsAvaya Breeze®Configuration Attributes.
In the Attributes Configuration page, click the Service Clusters tab.
In the Cluster field, select the cluster where UAC is installed.
In the Service field, select UnifiedAgentController.
Go to the Advanced Configuration attributes section.
In the Enable Start Work Button field, do the following:
Select the Override Default check box.
In the Effective value field, select true from the drop-down list.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
To disable this feature, select false.
By default, this value is set to true.
Click Commit.
STEP RESULT:
The Start Work button is available on the Avaya Workspaces home page. If you cannot see the Start Work button, refresh the Avaya Workspaces home page.
