The Start Work button in Avaya Workspaces enables agents to start work for the day. To enable this feature, you must set the Enable Start Work button to True in System Manager. This attribute is available in the UnifiedAgentController (UAC) service attributes. You can use this button to turn the Start Work feature on or off globally.
