Downloads a startup-config file using the SCP secure protocol via Avaya SBC tunnel. The command prompts for the username and password. Uncommitted changes to the configuration are not included.
Note:
After you change the configuration, run the copyedge running-config startup-config command to save the changes. If you do not save the changes, the device loses them when you reset.
