Enables the Telnet server on all interfaces except the Services interface.Use no ip telnet to disable the Telnet server.
Note:
The ip telnet command is a secured command and is not displayed together with the running configuration (using the show running-config command). To see the status of this command, use the show protocol command.

This command is not allowed when FIPS mode is enabled.
