ppp chap refuse

Prevents authentication with CHAP, even when a chap secret is configured. Use no ppp chap refuse to allow authentication with CHAP.

To prevent authentication with CHAP:

Gxxx-001(super-if:FastEthernet 10/3)# ppp chap refuse
