Enables the RTP statistics application to automatically generate QoS traps upon the terminations of RTP streams in which one or more QoS event counters exceeded their configured thresholds. The traps are sent by an SNMP agent to the SNMP trap manager on the Media Gateway Controller (MGC) They are converted to Syslog messages and stored in the messages file on the MGC.
