ip vrrp priority

Sets the virtual router priority value used when selecting a master router. Use no ip vrrp priority to restore the default value.

Syntax

[no] ip vrrp vr_id priority pri_value


Parameter	Description	Possible Values	Default Value
vr_id	The virtual router ID	1-255
pri_value	The priority value	1-254

interface:FastEthernet (L2-L3, L2), VLAN (L2-L3, L2)

To specify the priority of virtual router 1 as 10:

Gxxx-001(if:Vlan 2)# ip vrrp 1 priority 10
