By default, VoIP queueing is off, and Weighted Fair VoIP Queueing (WFVQ) is enabled on all Serial interfaces and all FastEthernet interfaces for which traffic-shaping is enabled. If you disable custom queueing by using no voip-queue, WFVQ is re-enabled.
