Directory access

The options that appear in this section show where directory numbers, other than users and groups, are obtained.


Name of option	Description
IP Office SoftConsole Local Directory	Show directory entries stored locally by the console application.
IP Office Directory	Show system directory entries stored on the telephone system.
Microsoft Outlook Contacts Folder	This options allows address book entries from Outlook to be included in the directory. Outlook must be running on the same computer. You must run Outlook with administrator privileges.

When a directory search matches an individual directory entry, the directory panel displays information about the entry.
