Main menu bar

The main menu bar is at the top of the screen. You can open each menu using the following methods:

  • Clicking the Menu button.

  • Pressing Alt and the underlined letter for the required menu on your keyboard. For example, press Alt + A to open the menu.

File

You can do the following:

  • Save the current application setup as a personal profile.

  • Log in with a different profile.

  • Exit the application.

View

You can run the application in normal or compact mode, and you can choose to view call history. You can also select the display language and whether to show or hide the toolbar.

If you are in Administrator mode, you can also choose to show or hide the BLF, held calls, and park slot panels.

Actions

This menu contains actions for call handling. Those that are unavailable are not applicable to the current call situation. Keyboard shortcuts for the functions are also shown in this menu.

Directory

You can view, search, export, and set up the directory.

Tools

You can use this menu to access other menus for various functions.

Help

This menu provides access to the help system and details about the console.
