When you first log in, you select one of the default console templates. While using the console, you can change various settings and also change the appearance of the screen. You can save those changes as a personal profile. The current profile or template that you are using is shown in the consolestatus bar.
Note:
To change if the Held calls and BLF panels are hidden or shown, you must be logged in to the console as an Administrator.
