Making calls using the Dial Pad

Procedure

  1. Click Tools > Dial pad or click .

  2. Enter the required telephone number into the Number to Dial field.

    Use the dial characters on the Dial pad or the keyboard.

  3. Enter any notes for the call in the Call Notes area.

    Use call notes to add call tag text.

  4. Click Dial to start the call.
