Intruding on calls

About this task

Call intrusion is only available if you have permission to intrude and the other internal parties have given permission to intrude. Contact your system administrator configure intrusion.

Procedure

  1. Locate the user in the directory panel.
  2. Click Actions > Intrude or press F9.
  3. Speak to the user.

    Both parties on the call can hear you.

  4. When you want to finish the call do one of the following:
    • Click End Call

    • Click Actions > Hang up.

    • Press End.
