Working with Administrator mode

About this task

You can start the console in Administrator mode. In this mode, you can do the following:

  • Create and edit user profiles.

  • Amend the length of the call notes.

  • Create and edit templates.

  • Remove or display the BLF, Held calls, and Park slots panels.

Important:

You cannot access telephony functions in Administrator mode.
