You can attempt to reclaim the last incoming call presented to the console including calls that rang but were then answered elsewhere. Reclaim calls if you suspect a call was transferred to the wrong number or is still ringing unanswered.

When working in a group of console users, the reclaim function may reclaim a call that was presented to you but then answered by one of the other users.
