Making unsupervised transfers

An unsupervised transfer is one where you transfer the call without speaking to the transfer destination or wait to see if they answer.

Procedure

Use one of the following methods for transferring a call:

  • Press F2. Select the transfer destination and click Dial (Alt+D).

  • Click Actions > Transfer Call. Select the transfer destination and click Dial (Alt+D).

  • Drag and drop the call onto the extension within the directory panel.

  • Drag and drop the call onto the required BLF.
