These properties are displayed in the Add Object dialog box and Properties dialog box for an image.
General tab
Name
Description
Title
Title for the image. The title can contain alphanumeric characters, spaces, hyphens, and underscores. Do not use slashes, asterisks, or other special characters. This is a required field.

Path to the file.
Identifier
Unique identifier of this file. This field displays only for the existing images.
Content type
The type of image. The options are:
Block diagram
Icon
Network Topology diagram
Other illustration
Process Flow diagram
Screenshot
Description
A description of the image. This field can contain any text and is optional.
Date created
The date when the image was imported to Tridion Docs.
Date modified
The date when the image was modified in Tridion Docs.
Enable translation management
The option to set the image for translation.
Important:
For SVG, select the check box
For other type of images, leave the field at the default
Requested languages
For localization use only.
Inherited languages
The field is auto populated.
Version tab
Name
Description
Version
The version of the image. The field is auto populated.
Changes
A brief description of changes made in this version of the image. This field is relevant if the image is a new version of an existing image.
Candidate for baseline
Baseline label
This field lists the frozen baselines that use this topic. This field is automatically populated.
Workflow tab

The language of the object. This field is automatically populated
Status
Workflow status. Options are:
Draft
Editorial review
Pre-release validation
Technical review
Released
Author
The owner of the image.
Last modified by
The last person who modified the image. The field is automatically populated.
Resolution
Image resolution. The values are low and high.
PNG, GIF, and JPG images are of low resolution.
Source language
This field is blank.
Comments
Comments about the workflow. Use this field to create a history of changes you make. For example, SMGR-1234 updates and R10.2 updates.

The product that this image supports.

Localization Coordinator
For localization use only.
Reviewer
You can optionally specify another Tridion Docs user as a reviewer for an object. This is useful when content is in the editorial review phase in workflow and you want the object to appear in the inbox of the selected user.
The user that you want to select in the Reviewer field must be assigned the role of Reviewer in Tridion Docs. Open a ticket on the Infosolutions project to add the Reviewer role for the user if the name is not available for selection.
