Use the Browse Repository window to create a topic or map, check out a topic, view properties for a topic, map, or image, import an image, and other tasks.
Before you begin
Start Publication Manager.
Procedure
On the Publication Manager menu bar, click Tools > Browse Repository.
The Browse Repository window is displayed.
In the navigation pane, select the folder that you want to browse.
The contents of the folder are displayed in the right pane.
