Use this procedure to search for a topic, map, image, or other object in the Tridion Docs repository.
Procedure
On the Publication Manager menu bar, click Tools > Browse Repository.
The Browse Repository window is displayed.
In the left pane, click the Search tab.
In Find what, type the text that you want to search.
Enter and select other search parameters to limit the scope of your search.
To filter the search results by type of object, in the Object types field, click topics, maps, or images.
To narrow down the search results, complete the appropriate fields in the Advanced options section.
For example, GUID, author, topic type, and date modified.
Click Search at the bottom of the left pane.
Search results are displayed in the right pane. Tridion Docs displays 100 search results at a time. Use the navigation buttons on the toolbar to move forward or backward through the results.
