External transcript access

Avaya Oceana® supports pushing transcripts to a defined customer location. With this feature, customers can access email and messaging transcripts after a contact is closed.

For messaging transcripts such as Chat, SMS, Social Media, and Messaging, Avaya Oceana® provides a filtering service to remove sensitive data, such as credit card details, before they are persisted in the database.
