Customers can deploy Avaya Hybrid Cloud Gateway clusters using a small profile node or a large profile node. A small profile cluster of 4 nodes supports a maximum of 600 users. Currently, the customer must deploy a second Avaya Hybrid Cloud Gateway cluster to support more than 600 users.

However, Avaya Cloud Delivery can now upgrade the existing small node cluster to a large node cluster, which supports a maximum of 2000 users. Avaya Cloud Delivery can also migrate geo-redundant clusters.
