Validating Avaya Aura Device Services integration

Perform the following steps to validate the Avaya Aura® Device Services integration with Avaya Experience Platform™ (On-Prem + Connect).

Procedure

  1. Log in to Avaya Workspaces.

    Avaya Workspaces displays the agent state as Connected.

  2. Click the Name, number or email field.
    Avaya Workspaces displays the following menu options:

    • Enterprise Directory

    • Contact Center Users

    • Contact Center Services

    • Phone Extensions

  3. Click Start Work.
