To access the maintenance commands in the miscellaneous directory, run the following command: cdto misc
To enable the maintenance mode, run the following command: sudo ./clitool-csa.sh enableMaintenance
To disable the maintenance mode, run the following command: sudo ./clitool-csa.sh disableMaintenance
To view counters for registration and active calls, run the following command: sudo ./clitool-csa.sh monitor
Note:
Removal of a conversation from the database takes five minutes from the time a call ends. Hence, it takes five minutes before the active calls counter displays 0 .
