Validating agent logout

About this task

Perform the following steps to validate the agent logout procedure.

Before you begin

Log in to Avaya Workspaces.

Procedure

  1. Click the agent name on the top-right corner.
  2. Click Finish Work.

    Avaya Workspaces must display the following:

    • Connection state - Connected.

    • Voice - Logged Out.

  3. Click Sign Out.
