Validating agent states

About this task

Perform the following steps to validate the agent states. The three agent states are Ready, Not Ready, and After Contact Work.

Procedure

  1. Log in to Avaya Workspaces.

    Avaya Workspaces displays the agent state as Connected.

  2. Click Start Work.
  3. Click the agent name on the top-right corner.

    Avaya Workspaces displays the agent state as Ready or Not Ready depending on the work mode set in the log-in setting in Avaya Aura®.
