After you order Avaya Experience Platform™ (On-Prem + Connect), Avaya configures an account with the Hybrid Voice feature enabled. After the account is provisioned, you receive the account credentials from Avaya. You can then use the checklist to configure Avaya Experience Platform™ (On-Prem + Connect).
