Verifying the Avaya Hybrid Cloud Gateway status

About this task

You can verify the service status of admin_connector and aok_connector_service on the Avaya Hybrid Cloud Gateway nodes, and the services status of the Avaya Hybrid Cloud Gateway nodes to ensure that Avaya Hybrid Cloud Gateway is functional.

Before you begin

Ensure that the deployment of Avaya Experience Platform™ (On-Prem + Connect) is complete.

Procedure

  1. Log in to the Avaya Hybrid Cloud Gateway portal using the administrator credentials.

    You can view the System Overview page. The Cluster table contains the list of nodes. The Cluster Status table displays the service status of the nodes as STARTED.

  2. If the Cluster Status table does not display the service status of the nodes as STARTED, do the following:
    1. Log in to the Avaya Hybrid Cloud Gateway node using an SSH connection.
    2. To verify whether the Avaya Hybrid Cloud Gateway services are in the running state, run the following command: svc csa status
    3. To start the services on the Avaya Hybrid Cloud Gateway nodes in case the services are not running, run the following command: svc csa start
    4. Repeat the above steps for all the Avaya Hybrid Cloud Gateway cluster nodes.
  3. To verify that admin_connector and aok_connector_service are running on the Avaya Hybrid Cloud Gateway nodes, do the following:
    1. Log in to the Avaya Hybrid Cloud Gateway node using an SSH connection.
    2. To check the status, run the following command: svc admin_connector status
    3. If admin_connector and aok_connector_service are not running on the Avaya Hybrid Cloud Gateway node, run the following command: svc admin_connector start
