  1. Go to https://support.avaya.com.
  2. At the top of the screen, click Sign In.
  3. Type your EMAIL ADDRESS and click Next.
  4. Enter your PASSWORD and click Sign On.
  5. Click Product Documents.
  6. Click Search Product and type the product name.
  7. Select the Select Content Type from the drop-down list
  8. In Choose Release, select the required release number.
  9. In the Content Type filter, select one or both the following categories:

    • Design, Development & System Mgt
