Multi-agent skill changes

The Multi-Agent Skill Change page is similar to the Change Agent Skills page. However, instead of assigning skills to an agent, you are assigning agents to a skill.

The Multi-Agent Skill Change page is useful for managing multiple agents. You can assign a new skill to the selected agents, move agents from one skill to another, and remove agents from a skill. The changes are only made for the selected skill. The other skills assigned to the agents are not impacted.

Scheduling for multi-agent skill changes

You can set up scheduling for agent skills in the Web Client. Scheduling is useful if the agents you select on the Multi-Agent Skill Change page need to handle calls for the specified skill at a specific time. For example, if you assign a Sales skill, you can configure scheduling so the selected agents only receive sales calls on the weekends. They can then focus on handling other types of calls on other days.
