Deleting a trunk group name in the Web Client

Procedure

  1. Navigate to Administration > Dictionary > Trunk Groups.
  2. In the Current ACD list, select the active ACD for which you want to administer trunk group names.

    CMS Supervisor displays the trunk group names administered for the selected ACD.

  3. Click Delete next to the item you want to delete.

    The Confirm Delete dialog box is displayed.

  4. Click Yes to complete the change.
