Removing a single call work code in the Web Client

About this task

Use this procedure to remove an individual call work code.

Procedure

  1. Navigate to Administration > Call Center Administration > Call Work Codes.
  2. In the Current ACD list, select the active ACD for which you want to administer call work codes.

    CMS Supervisor displays the call work codes administered for the selected ACD.

  3. Click Delete to remove a single call work code.

    The Confirm Delete dialog box is displayed. CMS Supervisor displays the Confirm Delete window.

  4. Click OK to save your changes.
