Viewing ACD group information in the Dictionary

Before you can view ACD groups in the Dictionary, you must first configure them in the Call Center Administration subsystem. The Dictionary displays the configured ACD groups and their corresponding members. The option to view ACD groups in the Dictionary enables users who run reports in the call center to see which ACDs are defined within each ACD group. This is useful for determining which ACD groups should be used when running reports.

ACD group information is not displayed in standard CMS reports. You must create custom reports through the CMS ASCII interface.
