Navigate to Maintenance > Restore Data to restore CMS data that has been lost due to system failure, disk crashes, or power outages. You can restore all CMS data files that you previously backed up. Alternatively, you can select which ACDs and CMS data to restore.

An automatic and manual restore process is available:

• The automatic process restores all CMS data files from your last backup.

• The manual process restores specific CMS data files. You can control which data is restored. This is useful when only a select number of database tables need to be restored.
