Modifying ACD access permissions in the Web Client

About this task

You can modify the ACD permissions assigned to a user.

Procedure

  1. Navigate to Administration > User Permissions > ACD Access.

    CMS Supervisor displays the list of administered users and their ACD access permissions.

  2. Click Modify next to the user whose ACD permissions you want to modify.
  3. Select or clear the Read, Write, and Exceptions check boxes as required.

    You cannot change any other options.

  4. Click OK to save your changes.
