Modifying VDN permissions in the Web Client

About this task

When you modify an item on the VDN Access page, you cannot change the user ID or the assigned VDNs. You can only modify the access permissions.

Procedure

  1. Navigate to Administration > User Permissions > VDN Access.
  2. From the Current ACD list, select the active ACD for which you want to manage VDN access.

    CMS Supervisor displays the existing VDN data and exception access permissions for the selected ACD.

  3. Click Modify next to the item you want to modify.

    The Modify Item window is displayed.

  4. Select or clear the Read, Write, and Exceptions check boxes as required.

    You cannot change any other options.

  5. Click OK to save your changes.
