Listing ACD status using the PC Client

Procedure

  1. From the Controller window, navigate to Tools > Maintenance.

    CMS Supervisor displays the Maintenance window.

  2. Click the Operations tab.
  3. Highlight ACD Status in the Operations list.
  4. Click OK.

    Supervisor displays the ACD Status window.

  5. From the Edit menu, select Clear All.
  6. From the Actions menu select List all.

    Supervisor displays the ACD Status - List All window.
